where we show you how to do some useful things with your PC, as well as tell you about some things you might have heard of, but find it hard to get information about.

on-screen tutorial for installing and using some of the most common special needs software and freeware.

Government to spend £300m on free internet access for children in low-income families

By November this year, the government plans to introduce vouchers for free software, computers and broadband for 7 to 19 year-olds in low-income and jobless families. The government will spend £300 million and it is estimated that over a million households will benefit from the scheme.
